Article 1 - Application
These general terms of sale "CGV" are applicable to all orders placed on our online shop iSkyce shop

 

Attention, for products purchased from a Marketplace seller, you must connect to the seller concerned to exercise your rights, iSkyce cannot be a substitute for the seller.

These general terms of sale are intended to govern the relationship between www.iSkyce.comhereinafter referred to as ISKYCE and anyone who makes a purchase through the site www.iSkyce.comhereinafter referred to as buyer.
By becoming a member and/or customer, joining ISKYCE implies acceptance without reservation of all the General conditions of sale and whole by checking the box set up for this purpose.

Conversely, iSkyce is committed to meeting the obligations incumbent on it under these terms of sale.


iSkyce reserves the right to change its general conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer and it belongs to you and consult them and formally accept before any order.

 

Any order placed with the Site implies the full, unreserved acceptance and unconditional of the terms in effect on the date of the said order.

Article 2: Section 2: Information on prices

2.1 price of products and services 

Of products and services offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site. 

The price of the products and services listed on the products of the Site pages are excluding delivery charges and other possible additional services you would eventually subscribed (for example: track package by SMS).

It is calculated automatically on the basis of the prices charged by vendors in the Marketplace of the Site on the day of its actualization. The calculation of this average price requires that this product be offered for sale by at least 2 of our Marketplace sellers. This price is updated once a week. 
  •  "The price entered by the seller: corresponds to the reference price that is filled in by the seller of the Marketplace "iSkyce shop". iSkyce is not involved in the determination of the reference price. 

Article 3 - Order and registration

 

The availability of the products, as well as the delivery time are displayed on the Site, on each product page.

Where, subsequent to your order, a product or service become totally or partially unavailable, iSkyce will inform you by email of such unavailability and will give you the opportunity:

  •             Or, if you accept delivery of a product or service of a quality and a price equivalent to one ordered;
  •             Either be reimbursed the price of the product or service ordered

The buyer certifies, at the date of the order, at least 18 years old or be a legal or parental authorization allowing to make a purchase on www.iSkyce.com
The buyer also ensures that it is fully authorized to use the credit card provided for the transaction and that it is not a card used in a fraudulent manner, then agrees that it is sufficiently funded to cover purchases.

These products and services are offered within the limit of stocks available. Indications of availability products are provided to the customers on the site. Despite all of the precautions being implemented, a product ordered and purchased may be unavailable.
Errors or exceptional and possible changes are beyond the control of iSkyce and cannot incur liability.

If out of stock on one or more items in an order, iSkyce agrees to notify customer by e-mail promptly, and offer other items in return or offer any refund the purchase. Our product prices are expressed in euros and include all taxes, off participation to the processing and shipping costs.
All orders are payable in euros only.
iSkyce reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice, but the products will be charged on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the recording of the orders.
In the event of order towards a country other that the metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of goods, customs duties, tax on added value, and any other fees due under the laws of the country of reception of the command e. iSkyce emerges from any legal liability if the payment of taxes was not made by the customer.
The indicated prices do not include order processing costs; transport and delivery as long as they take place in geographic areas provided below.
The promotions are not cumulative except as agreed.

iSkyce offers different delivery services, directly at your home or in a withdrawal point.

The conditions of delivery, including costs and delays, differ depending on the delivery method chosen.

The delivery of certain products or certain areas can give rise to an additional billing. In such cases, this information is clearly stated on the page of information dedicated to the delivery and accessible at the bottom of every page on the site

-Eco delivery: The delivery of the ordered products is with appointment to the address indicated in your order. The driver will unload your package and drop it off, either at the threshold of the door of your House, or at the foot of your building.

-Standard delivery: Delivery of the ordered products is with making appointments. Two delivery personnel unload your parcel, wear inside your home in the room of your choice. Beware, this option includes unpacking or installing your product remain your responsibility. 

 7.2 delivery

The date of delivery of the products is indicated on the product page of each article that is present on the Site and confirmed to the page "Choice of the delivery mode".

Article 8: RECEPTION of the goods by the customer

8.3 principle

In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221 - 18 and following of the Code of consumption, you have a current period of fourteen days from the day after receipt of the final product of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without any reason or pay penalties, except for the expenses of return which are your responsibility.

The transport of the goods so returned is your responsibility; any damage to the products on this occasion being in nature, as emphasized below, to thwart the exercise of your right of withdrawal.


Special cases

For products cannot be returned by mail because of their nature or their size, below, in accordance with the regulations in force, an estimate of the cost of returning with a carrier, you need to you pay in order to return your product. 

The amount of the expenses of return is based on the typology of the product and the distance by the carrier to collect the product and bring in a warehouse.

Attention! This estimate of price applies for a removal of the product from the metropolitan France and does not iSkyce. The price to pay for the return of your product will depend on the carrier you choose to return your product. 

iSkyce will not take the higher costs charged by the carrier that you have chosen.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will send you an acknowledgment containing a return number and specifying the terms of returning your package. We recommend that you print and paste this return number on the package to allow faster processing of your application. 

Only the items returned in a condition for their release for sale by iSkyce (this assuming that they be returned in their packing of origin, or, at the very least, in a package allowing protection equivalent of those articles in their) return transport) will be accepted.         8.5 exceptions

In accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 of the Code of consumption, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

The site iSkyce cannot be held responsible for late delivery, being dependent on the carrier. delays do not have the right to the buyer to claim for damages, nor even the reimbursement of the costs of port. The goods always travel at the risk of the consignee. Risks are the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the products have left the premises of iSkyce. In the event of damage during transport, the complaint must be filed with the carrier within a period of 3 days from the delivery. The delivery times are given for information only; If these exceed 30 days from the order date, the contract of sale may be cancelled and refunded the buyer.

Article - Rights of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L221-18 of the code of consumption, the buyer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order.

Article 9 - Return charges
Costs of the product returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
The refund of the merchandise is made from the buyer within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the completed return slip with merchandise.
Products returned worn, incomplete, damaged, used, are not taken up and therefore not reimbursed. Returns are accepted if returned products remain identical to that of the expedition, with the original packaging, certificates and labels. We don't refund any shipping costs.
